You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out from your 6sixs account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 6sixs support immediately and change your password.
6sixs may require identity verification at any time — at registration, before a withdrawal, or following unusual activity. Verification may require you to submit:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 6sixs may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure.
You may request closure of your 6sixs account at any time by contacting support. 6sixs may also close or suspend accounts at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming grounds. Real-money balances in a closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding KYC verification is completed, provided no breaches have been identified.

Live markets update continuously throughout the match and remain open subject to technical feasibility and market availability. 6sixs accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension or technical issues.
Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:
PSL playoff matches operate on a reserve day basis. Bets placed on PSL playoff matches remain valid if the match carries over to its reserve day. If no result is achieved on the reserve day, bets will be voided and stakes returned. PSL outright tournament winner markets are settled on the officially declared PSL champion at the conclusion of the final.
6sixs settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body — the PCB for PSL matches and ICC for international cricket. 6sixs does not use television broadcasts or unofficial commentary as settlement sources. In the case of a conflict between official sources, 6sixs will delay settlement until the matter is resolved officially and will communicate expected settlement timelines to affected players.

Bonus funds credited to your 6sixs account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed with real-money funds at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute towards wagering requirements. Free spins winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal.
6sixs monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform. Where bonus abuse is identified, 6sixs may void bonus funds, void bets funded by bonus balances, and close the account without returning real-money deposits if abuse has been confirmed. 6sixs will always review each case on its individual circumstances before taking action.
The 6sixs VIP Club operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All registered players are enrolled at the Bronze tier automatically upon registration. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated activity points earned through real-money betting and gaming on 6sixs.
VIP benefits — including enhanced odds, priority withdrawals, dedicated account managers, and exclusive promotions — are allocated according to the player's current tier at the time the benefit is applied. Benefits are not transferable between players and have no monetary value outside of 6sixs.
VIP tiers at Gold and Platinum are subject to a minimum activity threshold assessed on a rolling 90-day basis. If a player's activity falls below the threshold for their current tier, they may be demoted to the tier that matches their actual activity level.
