Account Questions

Yes — creating a 6sixs account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no minimum deposit required just to open an account. Your account gives you access to live cricket scores, game previews, and the full platform interface. A deposit is only required when you want to place a real-money bet or play a real-money casino game.

The minimum age is 18 years. This is an absolute rule with no exceptions. Age is verified during the KYC process — you'll need to submit a photo of your CNIC before your first withdrawal is processed. No. 6sixs strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in both accounts being closed with balances forfeited. If you've previously had an account that was closed, contact support at support@6sixs.click before registering again — the team can advise whether reinstatement is possible rather than you creating a second account that breaches the Terms.

KYC is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your 6sixs account, go to Account Settings → Verification, and upload clear photos of your CNIC (front and back). Verification typically completes within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Having your CNIC ready speeds up the process. KYC only needs to be done once — once your account is verified, it stays verified.

Log in to 6sixs, go to Account Settings → Security, and select Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password before setting a new one. If you've forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page — a reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

If you want to permanently close your account, contact support at support@6sixs.click with the subject "Account Closure Request". Withdraw your remaining PKR balance before submitting the request. Note that if the reason for closure is concern about your betting habits, the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming may be a better option — it can be set for 6 months or permanently and takes effect immediately without needing to contact support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6sixs accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged on the 6sixs side.

The minimum deposit on 6sixs is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may have their own per-transaction limits — for example, Easypaisa Level 0 wallets have a monthly transaction cap set by the provider rather than by 6sixs.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits typically appear in your 6sixs wallet within seconds. Visa/Mastercard deposits usually take 1–5 minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, contact 6sixs support with your transaction reference number and the amount.

Log in to 6sixs, go to Account → Withdraw, select your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to the same method you used to deposit. Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is approved. Verified accounts typically receive same-day withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. IBFT transfers complete within one working day.

The minimum withdrawal on 6sixs is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be split across multiple transactions by the payment provider. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only real-money balances and cleared bonus funds are withdrawable.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: KYC verification not yet completed; the withdrawal method differs from your deposit method; there are active bonus wagering requirements still to be met; or your account is under a security review. Check your 6sixs email for any messages from the verification or payments team. If nothing has arrived and it's been more than 24 hours, contact support at support@6sixs.click with your withdrawal reference number.

6sixs does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or your card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges according to their own terms — these are outside 6sixs's control. Games — Aviator, Slots, Fishing & Casino

Aviator is a multiplier-based crash game. A plane takes off and a multiplier climbs from 1x upwards. You place a bet and must cash out before the plane flies away — if you cash out at 3x, for example, your stake is multiplied by 3. If the plane flies away before you cash out, your bet is lost. The multiplier is generated by a provably fair algorithm, meaning no round can be predicted or manipulated. You can place two bets simultaneously and cash each out independently. Change your password immediately if you still have access. Review your transaction history for any activity you did not authorise and report specific transactions to the team. Do not share your new password with anyone.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to 6sixs and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately once saved. Reducing a limit is instant — increasing a limit has a 24-hour waiting period built in by design, so you can't impulsively override a limit you set for a good reason.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. You can choose a minimum 6-month exclusion or a permanent exclusion. Once activated, your account is closed for the chosen duration and cannot be reopened early. 6sixs will also remove you from all marketing communications during the exclusion period. This tool is there for you to use — there's no judgement attached to it.

A cooling-off period is a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit or bet, but you can still view your account history.
